Garden Waste Collection Terms & Conditions

XZW agrees to:
1. Provide the wheelie bin (which remains property of Xtreme).
2. Empty the wheelie bin fortnightly on a Wednesday.
3. Replace / repair bin damage due to normal wear and tear.
The Customer to agrees to:
1. Use the wheelie bin for intended use only (collection of garden waste as per attached list of acceptable garden waste).
2. Keep bin in a secure area and ensure it is cared for and unmodified.
3. Pay replacement cost for any missing or damaged bin in your care.
4. Ensure wheelie bin is placed for easy access at the kerbside on your designated collection day.
5. Notify XZW of change of address
Payment in full before service commences.
No refunds or transfers if customer chooses to leave the service.
